Add new Meshviewer with one sample Set of ffmap:nodes/nodelist/graph

There have to be a ffmap-backend instance which supports meshviewer map (is new enough) The existing is not. The pictures are taken from its actual old place https://freiburg.freifunk.net/ffmap-d3/nodes/
